Ensure you have logged
out of any previous Control Panel session
by clicking Log
Out - then close all copies of
your web browser and try to Log
In again.
Try using a different
web browser (if you have one - for instance
Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox etc.) or
on a different computer.
If these have not solved
the problem then contact
us - be sure to include all of the following
information:
Your username.
Any error message(s) or error code(s).
The time and date the error occured.
The web browser and version you are
using (i.e. Internet Explorer 6.0).
Whether you were using the 'secure'
or 'standard' login pages.
